Chelsea is such a wonderful neighborhood and we especially loved this location - close to great pubs, restaurants and boutiques. Easy grocery shopping, bakeries, and fruit stands.Coming home to this darling apartment felt like coming home!Check-in was a breeze. The place was clean and inviting.

House was of exceptional quality, tastefully decorated and well loved by its owners. We had every amenity and plenty of space. Location was perfect, very close to the Earl's Court station and with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. And yet it was in a very quiet and secluded street that allowed full privacy. My favorite parts of the house were the luscious plants in the back garden (and the wisteria growing on the front), and the kitchen area with its glass ceilings. We felt instantly at home and I think this is the key quality of Ivy properties that I love the most: how welcoming they feel from the moment you step into the front door. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone staying in London and I hope we get to stay there again next time we visit. Outstanding service in London holiday rentals. This stay was honestly wonderful—walking into the house, the first thing that struck us was just how beautiful and tastefully decorated it was, inside and out. Everything felt so well-maintained and spotless, which immediately made us feel at home. The instructions for check-in and getting settled were clear and simple, so we never once felt lost or confused during my visit.The location itself was magical, making it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. It wasn’t just the house that stood out; the peaceful setting and lovely surroundings too. It’s rare to find a place where everything just clicks, but this apartment really delivers—from the friendly communication to the careful upkeep and the beautiful, comfortable atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The apartment was spacious enough for us, very well-equipped, and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spaces good.  The building itself was well kept, secure, quiet, and the neighbors were friendly.  Having a Tesco Express across the street was convenient, and we enjoyed the local pub, the Fox and Pheasant, which had marvelous food and a welcoming staff.  Bus stops were very convenient but we didn’t realize until too late that there was a closer tube station about 10 minutes away.

Amazing flat in the heart of SoHo. Beautiful, modern flat with central heating and AirCon. Perfect location for restaurants, bars, shopping and shows. Despite the location with many people out and about, the unit remains extremely quiet all night. Great communication with management…they were very responsive and helpful. We would love to come back in the future.

Lovely stay. The home has a beautiful, well-stocked kitchen. The garden is a perfect escape. The basement is modernized, with tall ceilings, and plenty of space for kids to play. The rooms and beds are comfortable.

The perfect family trip home! My wife and 2 kids spent the week in London, and this house was the PERFECT homebase for our adventures throughout the city. Our itinerary took us to Wembley, Hyde Park, Mayfar, Marlyebone, West End, Buckingham, the London Eye, and this home was perfectly located (< .4mi to South Kensington Tube and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood... perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city). There's great shopping and dining (sit-down + grab-and-go coffee, etc) nearby, and friendly neighbors (a safe, welcoming area). I would HIGHLY recommend this home!

An elegant flat in a perfect location in Chelsea. Just a short walk to Kings Road, but far enough away to not be bothered by any traffic. While it was not inconvenient for our grandchildren, there are eight steps to get into the flat and 14 steps within the flat. We were so happy to be away from the crowds of tourist in Knightsbridge where we have typically stayed on our frequent visits to London. One evening we dined in the restaurant virtually across the street and had a fabulous meal. We also dined at Cross Keys a very nice pub with a 10 minute walk. It definitely deserves all five stars.

We stayed in St Anselm’s place, which we really enjoyed! The location is perfect, so central. The kitchen is amazing, no microwave!, not that I cooked! There is a balcony which is nice and walk in shower. Bond Street tube (Jubilee line) is 2 minutes away. My husband took the tube to Heathrow early one morning, 35 minutes and I think £13. I would definitely recommend this property and we will stay there again!

We'd give it a 5. The convenience of having the Underground just steps away was invaluable. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the eclectic decorations, and the appliances worked well. (Manuals for the stove, oven, and washing machine would have been helpful.) I also appreciated the prompt communication from Ivy when we couldn't locate the second air conditioner on our first night.

I always try to stay in Pimlico, a quiet residential area near Victoria and Westminster with good tube and bus connections to the sights. Cambridge St was a 5 star plus rental. I loved this flat. The owner has created a delightful pied a terre for one or two people on the ground floor, suitable for elderly like myself. The flat is tastefully decorated and furnished with a quiet bedroom at the back and a comfortable bed with nice linens. Wifi and TV were reliable.Grocery shopping on Lupus St (two blocks away) along with a Tesco Express, Post Office with Cash Point (ATM), a popular Italian Deli, coffee shops, fish and chips shop.Many restaurants in the Victoria, Ebury St and surrounding areas. If you don't know London well, use the tfl.gov.uk journey planner for bus and tube routes from Pimlico. St. Gabriel's church is nearby and has special concerts. Enjoy your stay!

We completely enjoyed our stay at the Parsons Green flat. Plenty of space for 2 couples to live comfortably AND with a shared space for gathering in the kitchen and living room. We cooked our breakfast each morning and headed out for the day to explore the sites of London, all the while knowing we could come back home and find an amazing restaurant in our neighborhood for dinner. The co-op is just across the street for groceries. A few coffee houses were also nearby on the walk to the Tube station…not even 5 minutes away from the front door. We especially appreciated the 2 A/C units for use as we hit the hottest week of the year in London. The washer/dryer was also an amazing addition so we could clean up our sweaty clothes before heading to our 12-day cruise! All in all, a perfect place for us to rest our heads for the 6 days in town.
